Who should I contact?

If an item you purchased from our website has a defect that is covered under the manufacturer's warranty you can contact us by phone or email to recieve instructions for returning the product to us for warranty evaluation. If we determine the defective product is indeed covered under warranty we will send the product to the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or whatever is guaranteed under the warranty. This process may take several weeks.
