Return Policy and Procedures
You may return unused products to us for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days from the date you received the order, provided that:
- The product(s) have not been used.
- The original tags are attached and the packaging is intact.
- The form below must be completed.
- Mark the items on your sales receipt that you will be returning.
- Put a copy of your Sale receipt inside the box.
- Write the sale receipt# (found in the upper right corner of the receipt) on the outside of the package next to the shipping label.

I have changed my mind. This was a gift and I do not want it.

Please give me a refund for the returned items. If you are returning a gift the person
that made the purchase will get the refund. If your purchase was shipped for free we
will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of returns unless we shipped you the wrong item(s). Please use a shipper that can track your shipment and be sure to insure the package.
Did we ship you the wrong stuff?
If you ordered blue and we sent yellow or you ordered small and we sent extra large, please accept our apologies and send us an e-mail (skipro@skipro.com). Please include a description of the problem, the sale receipt # as well as your name, address, a phone number and a time of day when we can contact you.
Damaged Shipment?
If the packaging appears to be damaged you should report the damage to the delivery person and open the package in his presence. If the product is damaged you must file a claim with the shipper.
